This is new old stock inventory from dealer close out, part or package may be a little dirty/dusty and show minor shelf wear age, however I will guarantee to 100% usable. These are black plastic, and have 2 mounting holes, looks like there correct for 1.5 rail, however they may stretch out a little. Please see shipping options for best prices and times.
